Wings in Enchilada sauce



12 wings 

Salt and pepper to taste 

1 pouch of Red or Green Enchilada sauce



1- Preheat Grill to 350 F

2-Marinate wings with half of the pouch for at least 30 minutes.

3-Once the grill reaches the temperature, grill for approximately 25-30 minutes. Make sure you are flipping the wings every few minutes to ensure they are cooked evenly through and the skin cooks evenly as well. Continue cooking until they reach (170-175 degrees F).

4- Remove from grill and place on a bowl. Add the other half of the sauce and toss to coat. 

5- Serve and Enjoy!
