1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
1.5 cups of your favorite chicken broth
1 pouch of the Green Enchilada sauce
1 can of white Hominy (15 0z)
garnish with sliced radish, shredded lettuce, cilantro, and lime.
1- In a pot add your ingredients, mix and bring to simmer.
2- Top with radishes, shredded lettuce, cilantro, and squeeze a lime wedge.
