1 pouch Saucy Lips Fajita Chicken
1 cup cooked rice (or cauliflower rice)
¼ cup sliced red bell pepper
¼ cup sliced yellow onion
½ avocado, sliced
Lime wedge
Optional: black beans, chopped cilantro, salsa
In a skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until softened (about 3–4 min).
Add Saucy Lips Fajita Chicken and heat through.
Spoon mixture over a bowl of warm rice.
