These aren’t your average nachos. Loaded with tangy, slow-cooked Al Pastor pork and topped with all the right things, this sheet pan recipe is the easiest way to impress anyone in 15 minutes flat. Perfect for parties, game day, or a Friday night upgrade — and built on our clean-label Saucy Lips Al Pastor Pork pouch. It’s bold, it’s juicy, and it comes ready to go.
1 pouch Saucy Lips Al Pastor Pork
Tortilla chips (or plantain chips for Whole30)
½ cup shredded cheese (omit for dairy-free)
¼ cup pickled red onions
¼ cup pineapple chunks
1 jalapeño, sliced
Chopped cilantro
Lime wedges
Preheat oven to 400°F.
On a large baking sheet, layer your chips and top evenly with Al Pastor Pork and cheese.
Bake for 5–6 minutes or until the cheese melts and edges crisp.
Remove and layer on pickled onions, pineapple, jalapeños, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges and enjoy while hot.
🔥 Big flavor with zero prep
🕒 Ready in under 15 minutes
🧑🍳 Customizable for dairy-free or Whole30
🌮 Perfect for game day or movie night
🍍 Sweet heat from the pineapple + chipotle combo
Try it on baked sweet potatoes, over fries, or as nacho salad bowls with shredded romaine.
