Ingredients:
For the Cashew Cream:
1 ½ cups of raw cashews
1 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of onion powder
Other ingredients:
1 cup of shredded chicken
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 onion diced
1 pouch of Saucy Lips Classic Fajita sauce
*Serve dip with bell pepper slicers, other veggies of your choice, or even tortilla chips if you’re not doing a whole30 round.
Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 350F.
BLEND all the ingredients for the cashew cream until smooth. Set aside.
HEAT the oil in a medium frying pan, over medium-high heat.
ADD your onions and diced bell peppers and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
ADD your cashew cream sauce in a mixing bowl, the sauteed veggies, chicken, and one pouch of the Saucy Lips Classic Fajita sauce.
BLEND all togeher until fully combined.
PLACE the dip in an oven safe dish and bake for 15 min.
