At Saucy Lips we take great pride in not only the quality of our products, but also the amount of care we put into making every client satisfied with their order! Upon receipt, please inspect your package and if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us at hello@saucylipsfoods.com

Damaged Package Received

If you have received a package that is damaged due to shipping, please send an email to hello@saucylipsfoods.com  Prior to shipping out a replacement(s) order for damages incurred during transit time, we kindly request a picture of the package and its contents received to be sent to us via email. We will gladly ship out a replacement order to you as soon as possible.

Refund/Replacement

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us to discuss obtaining either a replacement or refund for the product value plus shipping.  If a refund is issued you will receive a credit back to the original form of payment initially received.
