Whole30 Chiles rellenos de Fajitas

Craving some sizzling fajitas? Try our stuffed pepper Fajitas! This fun presentation works for nights you want to skip the tortilla!


4 bell peppers cut in halves and deseeded 

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 Fajita Sauce pouch from @SaucyLipsFoods

1 onion, julienned

Juice of half a lime

Avocado Slices and chopped cilantro



1- Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. 

2- Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. 

3- Broil for 7 min

4- Place peppers in a wet kitchen cloth, wait for them to cool down and remove the skin. Set aside. 

5- Add half of the sauce packet to your chicken slices. 

6- Add chicken to pan with oil and cook on medium high for 5-7 minute

7- Remove chicken, cook onions for 5 minutes. 

8- Return chicken to the pan, add the other half of the packet of sauce

9- Add the lime juice and stir to combine. 

10- Stuff your peppers. add toppings and enjoy!
