4 bell peppers cut in halves and deseeded
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 classic fajita pouch
1 onion, julienned
juice of half a lime
avocado slices and chopped cilantro
CUT peppers in half and remove seeds.
PLACE on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
BROIL for 7 min.
PLACE peppers in a wet kitchen cloth, wait for them to cool down and remove the skin. Set aside.
ADD half of the sauce packet to your chicken slices.
ADD chicken to pan with oil and cook on medium high for 5-7 minute
REMOVE chicken, cook onions for 5 minutes.
RETURN chicken to the pan, add the other half of the packet of sauce.
ADD the lime juice and stir to combine.
Stuff your peppers. add toppings and enjoy!
