Try them with our Tangy Mango sauce for a sweet and tangy kick, or with our Zesty Cilantro for a refreshing twist. No matter how you choose to enjoy them, these croquettes are sure to be a hit at your next gathering!

4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

2 cans (175 grams each) of tuna, drained and flaked

2 beaten eggs

1 cup of breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil for frying or oil spray if using an Air Fryer

For the dipping sauce:

1 TBSP Zesty Cilantro sauce

1 TBSP Tangy Mango sauce

2 TBSP of Mayo

BOIL the potatoes in a pot of salted water until they are very soft, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain them, then mash into a puree and once they cool down, mix them with the tuna.

MAKE golf size balls with the mixture and then roll them lightly creating small logs.

DIP each ball into the egg batter, then proceed to roll on the breadcrumbs.

To Air Fry the Potato Croquettes

GREASE the air fryer basket with an oil sprayer.

PLACE the coated croquettes, in the basket and spray more oil.

AIR FRY at 375 F for 15 minutes, till they turn golden and crispy.

MIX your two tablespoons of mayo with our Tangy Mango sauce or Zesty Cilantro sauce and serve as a dipping sauce!

Stove Version for cooking Croquettes
