Where are all the Nacho lovers?! This smoky Nachos with Mole recipe is the perfect pre-dinner appetizer to share with the whole family!
2 chicken breasts fully cooked and shredded
1 bag of tortilla chips ( 9 oz)
1 pouch of our Authentic Mole sauce
1 white onion sliced (optional)
For cold toppings: Queso fresco, avocado, pickled red onions, sour cream, fresh cilantro.
SPEAD tortilla chips on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
TOP with shredded chicken and a whole bag of our Mole sauce. We like to drizzle it all over it, but you can also mix the chicken with the sauce then add it.
ADD the onion slices. We like the flavor these get once they cook in the oven. IF you are adding a cheese that melts, please include it in this step.
BROIL your nachos for 5 minutes. Remove and proceed to add the cold toppings.
TOP with cilantro, sour cream, queso fresco, pickled red onions, avocado or some of your favorite nacho toppings!
