Cooking time: 10 min
1 pound of pork shoulder cooked and shredded
1.5 cups of your favorite bone broth ( We use the brand Osso Good)
1 pouch of the Red Enchilada sauce
1 can of white Hominy (15 0z)
garnish with sliced radish, shredded lettuce, cilantro, and lime.
ADD your ingredients, mix and bring to simmer.
TOP with radishes, shredded lettuce, cilantro, and squeeze a lime wedge.
