Mushroom Tacos Al Pastor

These Mushroom Al Pastor tacos are delicious yet so simple to make! Give your traditional taco night a plant-based twist by grabbing your favorite tortillas, marinate some mushrooms using our Al Pastor simmering sauce for maximum flavor, and top with a bit of pineapple for garnish!  

 Ingredients

1 pound of Mushrooms (cremini mushroom)

1 pouch of our Al Pastor sauce 

Serve with:

Tortillas

Chopped onions

Cilantro

Pineapple slices

Lime wedges

Instructions

MARINATE your mushroom with the Al Pastor sauce for about 30 minutes. 

HEAT 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan. Add your mushroom and sauté for 3-4 minutes per side. 

FOR CRSIPY FINISH you can broil them at 525 for 3 minutes! 

HEAT up your tortillas and assemble the tacos with all the toppings.
