    Mole Soup with OmniPork

    Cook up this delicious Mole Soup with our Authentic Mole sauce perfect for those chilly Fall nights! We gave this a vegan twist by using OmniPork vegan strips as our protein!  

    1 Tbsp of your favorite oil
    1 pound of cooked protein (we are using OmniPork vegan strips)
    1/2 onion diced
    2 poblano peppers (can sub for bell peppers)
    1 can of corn
    1 pouch of Saucy Lips Authentic Mole 
    8 oz of broth (veggie, chicken, or beef depending on the protein) 



    sour cream


    diced jalapeños

    tortilla strips

    slices of radish 


    HEAT the oil on a large saucepan.


    ADD the onions, peppers, and your choice of cooked protein and sauté for 5 minutes. 


    INCORPORATE the corn and sauté for another 2 min. 


    ADD the mole pouch and 1 cup of broth, salt and pepper to taste and bring to simmer (8-10 min)


    SERVE into bowls and top each serving with sour cream, chopped cilantro and any desired toppings
