Mole is the national dish of Mexico. By using only clean ingredients and traditional recipes to make our simmering sauces, we have made preparing this rich Mexican dish at home that much more quick and easy.
6 chicken drumsticks
3 cloves of garlic
1 pouch of our Authentic Mole sauce
sesame seeds for garnish
1- Add chicken, 1/2 onion, and 3 garlic cloves to a pot, cover chicken with water and boil for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done.
2-After chicken is cooked, add the mole mixture and the chicken pieces to a pan or pot on low heat and simmer. Once the sauce starts bubbling and thickens, turn off the pan let it stand for a couple of minutes, serve.
3-This dish pairs great with rice and garnished with sesame seeds.
