INGREDIENTS
1.5 pound of chicken wings (cut into drumettes and flats)
1 pouch of our Al Pastor sauce (divided in 2 parts)
Our Pineapple Thai sauce for dipping
Oil for the Grill
INSTRUCTIONS
MARINADE the chicken wings with HALF of our Al pastor sauce. Reserve the other 4oz for basting the wings.
OIL your grill racks and then prepare your grill for direct grilling over medium heat, about 350ºF.
PUT the wings in a single layer on the grill over the heat. Cook the wings for about 5 min lid closed.
BASTE the wings and continue grilling with the lid open. Moving them around every 5 min and basting them in between. After 18-20 min the wings should be done.
TRANSFER fully-cooked wings to a bowl. Serve with a side of our Pineapple Thai sauce for dipping!
