Long summer days call for Fish Tacos! Check out this Al Pastor Fish Taco recipe for a fresh and flavorful dinner!
Ingredients
1.5 of White fish (cod, tilapia) cut in 1inch strips
1 pouch of our Al Pastor Sauce
For the pineapple pico de gallo:
pineapple diced
small onion diced
bunch of cilantro chopped
2 limes
salt and pepper to taste
For serving:
tortillas
lime wedges
Habanero Carrot hot sauce
Instructions
MARINATE the fish in the Al Pastor sauce. Place in the fridge for 30 min to an hour.
MEANWHILE prepare your pico de gallo. Chop all the ingredients and mix into a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice, add some salt and pepper and set aside.
HEAT a grill pan to medium-high heat and spray with your favorite oil. Grill the fish for 3-5 min per side. set aside.
HEAT your tortillas and make the tacos! We like to top these with the pineapple pico de gallo, lime wedges and some of our Habanero Carrot hot sauce!
