Yields: 6 egg "tortillas"
1/4 cup of water
dash of salt
For the filling:
1 full chicken breast shredded
8 inch pan non-stick with a lid
PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
ADD your eggs, water, and salt to a bowl and mix.
HEAT your non-stick pan to medium heat.
SPRAY the pan with your preferred cooking oil and add a thin layer of the egg mixture. Cover right away and leave it covered for 40 seconds.
TRANSFER the egg wrap to a plate and repeat step number four until you run out of the egg mixture.
ASSEMBLE your enchiladas by rolling 2 tbsp of chicken into each of the egg wraps.
COVER the egg wraps with one pouch of Saucy Lips simmering sauce
BAKE at 350 for 15 minutes.
ADD your favorite toppings
