There is nothing like coming home to a warm and comforting crockpot meal after a long day! With only 2 ingredients you can have yourself a nutritious and flavorful protein ready to enjoy!

Serves: varies 

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lb tri-tip roast 
  • 1 bottle  Pumpkin Mustard  

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients into your crockpot. 
  2. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-6 hours. 
  3. Shred and enjoy with extra pumpkin mustard on top! 

*Tri-tip is also a great option for breakfast or weekday lunches!
