2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 pouch of Red Enchilada sauce
12-14 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
Cooking spray or oil
1 pouch of our Green Enchilada sauce
HEAD OVER to Whole Foods and grab the ingredients for our Crispy Enchilada taquitos recipe!
PREHEAT your oven to 400°F (if baking) or preheat your air fryer to 375°F (if air frying).
COMBINE the shredded chicken with half of the pouch of red enchilada sauce.
BRUSH both sides of each flour tortilla with the remaining enchilada sauce from the pouch.
SPOON some of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, and top with shredded cheese.
ROLL UP the tortillas tightly into a cigar shape and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
SPRAY the taquitos with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.
FOR BAKING place the taquitos in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
FOR AIR FRYING, place the taquitos in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
