    Crispy Enchilada Bites

    These tiny but mighty Enchilada Bites pack a punch of flavor in every bite! Whip them up in just seconds with our Red Enchilada simmering sauce and watch them become an instant fan favorite! 


    1 lb ground beef 

    1 pouch of Red Enchilada Sauce 

    1 cup shredded cheddar

    3 large Burrito sized tortillas


    PREHEAT oven to 400

    CUT out rounds using a glass or cookie cutter from the tortillas shells (you’ll need 12 to fill the tray)

    COOK ground beef until longer pink, add our Red Enchilada sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce reduces. 

    SPRAY a mini muffin tray & press tortilla rounds into each one

    TOP with beef and shredded cheese

    BAKE for 15 minutes

    REMOVE  from oven and serve with some sour cream, guacamole or your favorite salsa!
