Let’s ROCK & “ROLE” with this Fajita Chicken Casserole dish. This recipe is best made with our Classic Fajita simmering sauce not only making it super easy to make, but it is LOW CARB and KETO-FRIENDLY!
- 3 large chicken breasts, split lengthwise (6 small breasts)
- 1 Fajita pouch
- salt and pepper
- 2 bell peppers cut into strips
- 1 onion julienned
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella (or your favorite shredded cheese)
- Fresh chopped cilantro and jalapeños for garnish
1-Preheat oven to 400 F
2-In a baking dish, place your chicken breasts and cover them with the sauce.
3-Sprinkle them with salt, pepper.
4-Add the bell peppers, onions, and cover the dish with cheese.
5-Place the baking dish in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken breasts reach 170 temperature.
