Chicken Fajita Casserole


  • 3 large chicken breasts, split lenghtwise (6 small breasts)
  • 1 Fajita pouch 
  • salt and pepper 
  • 2 bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 onion julienned 
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella (or your favorite shredded cheese)
  • Fresh chopped cilantro and jalapeños for garnish


1-Preheat oven to 400 F

2-In a baking dish, place your chicken breasts and cover them with the sauce. 

3-Sprinkle them with salt, pepper. 

4-Add the bell peppers, onions, and cover the dish with cheese. 

5-Place the baking dish in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken breasts reach 170 temperature.
