    Cauliflower Al Pastor Bowl

    We LOVE a good meatless bowl and so should you! Follow along with this Cauliflower power bowl recipe made best with our Saucy Lips Al Pastor simmering sauce. It's Vegan, Gluten Free, and has no sugar added! This recipe proves that delicious can also be healthy!  

     

    Ingredients

    one head of cauliflower divided in florets

    1 pouch of Al pastor sauce

    pineapple cut in cubes

    1 can of beans

    1 avocado mashed

    lettuce

    cilantro, green onions, and jalapeño for garnish

    Instructions

    HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    ADD the cauliflower pieces and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

    ADD  the sauce to the skillet and mix well until the florets are coated.

    ADD the pineapple slices and Cook everything together for 5 minutes.

    PREPARE the bowls by adding a base of lettuce to each bowl, top with beans, cauliflower, chopped pineapple, avocado and the garnishes!
