    Beef Fajita Stuffed Sweet Potato

    Dig in to these delicious Stuffed Sweet Potatoes made with beef cooked in our Classic Fajita simmering sauce! Top with your favorite garnishes and enjoy! 

    Ingredients 

    1 1/2 pound of Beef round bottom cut in cubes 

    1 cup of water 

    dash of salt and pepper 

    1 pouch of Saucy Lips Fajita sauce

    4 sweet potatoes washed and poked 

    Toppings: 

    Sour cream, onions, cilantro 

     

    Instructions 

    PREHEAT oven at 425 F.

    SEASON your beef with salt and pepper.

    ADD your meat to the pressure cooker and the cup of water. 

    PRESSURE cook for 45 minutes on high.

    BAKE your sweet potatoes.

    PULL meat apart with two forks. 

    REMOVE excess water and add the fajita simmering pouch.

    PRESSURE cook for another 2 minutes. 

    CUT your sweet potatoes in halves. 

    TOP the potatoes with the meat and the fresh toppings!
