Q: What exactly are Saucy Lips Meals?
A: Fully cooked, ready-to-eat shredded meats simmered in our mom’s authentic sauces. Each pouch is high in protein, shelf-stable, and ready in 90 seconds.
Q: Are your meals shelf-stable?
A: Yep! No fridge or freezer needed. Just store them in your pantry until you're ready to heat and eat.
Q: What kind of meat do you use?
A: Only real, whole cuts of chicken or pork — never ground or artificial. No mystery meat here.
Q: Are your products spicy?
A: Most of our meals are mild to medium heat. They’re flavorful, not fiery — and perfect for the whole family. (Al Pastor has a little kick.)
Q: Do your meals contain sugar or gums?
A: Nope. No sugar, no gums, no preservatives. Just clean ingredients and bold flavor.

Q: How do I heat the meals?
A: Just tear open the pouch and heat it in the microwave for 90 seconds, or pour into a skillet for that just-cooked sizzle.
Q: Can I eat it straight from the pouch?
A: You could… but we recommend heating it for best flavor and texture. (We worked hard on that slow-simmer!)
Q: Do I need to add anything to make it a full meal?
A: The meat and sauce are ready to go — just serve it with tortillas, rice, salad, or whatever you have on hand. We call it “the hard part of the meal, already done.”

A: Yes — everything we make is dairy-free unless otherwise labeled.

A: Many are! We use clean, whole ingredients with no sugar, no grains, and no dairy — perfect for clean eaters.
Q: Do you use preservatives?
A: Never. Our shelf-stable pouches are sealed hot to preserve freshness naturally — no chemicals needed.

A: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 days depending on your location.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of our food products, we don’t accept returns — but if anything’s off with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right. 💚

Q: Where are Saucy Lips meals made?
A: All of our meals are made in SQF-certified facilities in Mexico, following the highest standards for food safety and quality. We slow-simmer our recipes in small batches and hot-fill them to lock in freshness — no refrigeration or preservatives needed.
Q: Who started Saucy Lips?
A: We’re a small family-owned business that started at a Florida farmers market, sharing our mom’s sauces with the world. Now we make those same flavors even easier to enjoy.
