Absolutely delicious, some of the most flavorful sauce I have ever tasted. These bring the heat and not just the type to make you cry to say it's extra spicy. I can taste the peppers and flavors in these sauces and can't get enough of them! These are so good I'll use any excuse I can to dip something into them. The consistency is just right too, not too runny like some hot sauces can be. This is the type of sauce so good I'll go out of my way to order it online!

Absolutely love these hot sauces! They are the best!

These sauces are full of flavor and very versatile. I made fajitas with the cilantro lime & they were delicious!

I love a good vinegar based sauce, like Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce or Frank's Red Hot. The sauces in this set, while not necessarily super spicy, all have that signature zesty tang of cider vinegar which adds a nice brightness to meats, stews or rice dishes. While I feared the Ghost Pepper sauce might be too hot for me, it turned out to be my favorite. It has a hint of heat but it's not overwhelming. The mango and pineapple sauces are very similar. In fact, with the exception of the star ingredient, the ingredients are exactly the same otherwise. Both are pleasantly sweet tempered by a hint of vinegary tartness. Ideal for brushing on barbecued chicken or pork. As a vegetarian, I tried both on "mock" chicken (No Evil Foods Brand - Comrade Cluck) that I served over Cajun-style dirty rice and both were delicious. The only one of the set I haven't tried is the cilantro since that's probably my least favorite flavor in the world. But overall, a great addition to my condiment shelf.

Good marinade for chicken!Gives a great flavor on chicken before smoking in my grill. The flavor combos I was hesitant about but honestly.. the pairings work!Definitely recommend

I'm one of those people who seriously choose foods to eat based on what sauce I want! My fridge is 60% filled with condiments. I'm always ready to try new things. I was super excited about trying these. I like all of them, but love the Ghost Pepper Tamarind! The others make great dressings and marinades, and they're all good, but give me heat and I'm all in! I especially love that they're all whole food, real ingredient, safe for so many eating types.

These two hot sauces are the top winners of our families informal hot sauce competition. The Mango hot cause is the hands down winner in the hot wings category. The green apple is very Cerritos and has a fresh vinaigrette type tang. We art really exploring uses for this but both flavors are winners here

Review of: Saucy Lips I KETO (4 Pack) - Mango, Cilantro, Pineapple Thai, Ghost Pepper TamarindSo far, my family and I have tried two of the bottles that can in this 4-pack; the mango and the cilantro. Actually, devoured might be a more accurate term to use as we are going through the bottles fairly quickly. Needles to say, for each bottle, my family was more than happy with the quality and the taste of the Saucy Lips products. Both of the flavors that we’ve used so far are roughly similar to an ‘oil and vinegar’ type dressing with the extra benefit of delicious flavors added. For me, a big plus is that the bottles list all of the ingredients being used in the product; so I know what I’m getting. And, another big plus, they’re all ingredients that I recognize, not artificial-this and artificial-that.The Zesty Cilantro version, for example, lists apple cider vinegar, cilantro, olive oil, onions red bell peppers, garlic, sea salt, spices, mustard, and turmeric. With the exception of the generic ‘spices’ the rest are all easy for me to feel comfortable with.As for the Zesty Cilantro, I’ve become a big fan of the flavor. A flavor that, thanks most likely to the apple cider vinegar, is truly ‘zesty’. It isn’t spicy, it isn’t hot, it is certainly ‘tangy’. So far, I’ve used this cilantro sauce to make guacamole, I’ve used it to top enchiladas, I’ve used it as a straight-up salad dressing, I’ve used it on plain rice, I’ve even started using it recently on sandwiches; I just pour a little of the sauce over the bread and I have a tangy substitute that is far tastier than just mustard or mayonnaise, or ketchup. The same, for the most part, applies to the Mango sauce as well. This is not a ‘sweet’ mango sauce; it’s not like eating a raw mango, though it does retain some of that mango flavor. The apple cider vinegar and mustard also make this sauce ‘tangy’; just as the label implies. At times, it is tangy to the point where I think it is too tangy and it can surpass the subtleness of the mango. The mango flavor has been used as both a salad dressing and as a dip; and I found it was pretty good in both situations though I do wish the mango was more pronounced.Of the two I’ve tried so far, the Zesty Cilantro is my favorite and I’m not looking forward to the day when I’ve used up the entire bottle.Next up on my list to try, and already have some meals planned around it, is the Pineapple Thai flavor. I’m really looking forward to that. After that, I’ll try the ‘ghost pepper tamarind’ flavor. The ‘ghost pepper’ part is going to be, well, interesting to say the least; but based on the quality of the Saucy Lips Mango and Cilantro, I’m looking forward to trying the Tamarind as well.If this review was helpful, please click the Helpful button.

These are great. I didn't see ingredients listed for them on the page so I took photos of the ingredients, which are very clean for the most part. Love that they actually listed out the spice blends, especially mustard, which I'm allergic to. So allergy friendly. A little goes a long with these. My family liked the cilantro blend but less is more. I had the ghost pepper one which was about as hot as most people with a Western palate could stand. Very delicious and was great diluted into stew. All of these need to be refrigerated after opening.

These sauces are OK but not very consistent. Zesty Cilantro is by far the best in the set and works really well as a marinade for meats. Cooked it with chicken and everyone absolutely loved the dish. The other sauces have a weaker flavor, with Tangy Mango literally tasting like vinegar. I did not detect any mango flavor whatsoever. I wish the company would have went easier on the vinegar. The Ghost Pepper Tamarind sauce is also good and is the only spicy sauce in the set. It reminds me more of a hot sauce and works best sprinkled over dishes for extra heat. The sauces are a bit watery, but I found that if you are coking with them, reducing the sauce in the end will thicken it and help bring out the flavor. The ingredients are good, with no preservatives or artificial flavors, which is why they had to add so much vinegar I guess, as it serves as a natural preservative. Overall, not a bad set of sauces and is best used in cooking versus as is.

I love the variety in this pack! I tried the Tangy Mango and the Ghost Pepper Tamarino on both chicken and salad. They both give chicken a decidedly different flavor - the tamarino mixed in shredded chicken gave it a hot spicy flavor, as expected, and I loved every bite. The Tangy Mango was also delicious with a hint of a sweet fruit flavor - but not so sweet that I was worried it would spike my blood sugar. It was a great contrast to the Tamarino. I baked chicken thighs and used the Tamarino as a dipping sauce, and it was much spicier that way. I had to blow my nose several times due to the heat.  The Tangy Mango was great on my salad and enhanced the taste of the greens I was eating.  These sauces are so full of flavor with every bite!  I love that each of the sauces are interchangeable with salads and meat and add moisture, not dryness, to the salad or meat.  Each of the packs, no matter which you choose, are all Whole 30 approved, Keto Certified, Non GMO ,and are free of the Top 8 allergens - so all of my family who have different eating preferences and tastes are pleased and find flavors that they love. You can use a little or a lot - the flavor is great!

My son is a chef and he loves these sauces. He especially likes the ghost pepper one and the pineapple one. He says they really pop up the flavor. What a great gift they make especially for those who like to have their meals spiced up. He said he couldn't believe how flavorful they are. A great way to make your meal more spicy.

These sauces are each very tasty. They're vinegar based and they're all good. My guess is most people will quickly love the zesty cilantro. It has more fresh cilantro in it than any other vinegar based sauce one will likely ever come across. These sauces went quickly, because my family used them with abandon and loved each one with the exception that my kids surprisingly didn't like the tangy Thai one. It's a lot of flavor, quite packed. That's what makes these sauces different.

Taste is such a relative thing. I was not a huge fan of the taste of these as dipping sauces. I really found the tamarind ghost pepper flavor to be distasteful, but the green apple jalapeño flavor was okay. These are more like salsa than sauce in their texture. These are hot, but not "call the fire department" hot. While I wouldn't use them for dipping, I would use them to give some complexity and kick to chili. One odd thing about this set: the bottles sort of pop with pressure when you open them like, but one of mine did not pop, as if it had already been opened, so I threw it away just to be safe. I won't order these again, but you may be more of a fan than I.

I have used the Cilantro and Mango varieties. I marinated a chicken breast in the Cilantro and it tasted great with only the addition of salt/pepper. I could definitely taste the Cilantro and enjoyed it. I used the Mango in tuna and it added an enjoyable slightly sweet flavor. I am not looking for gluten-free nor am I on any type of diet. I like to try different flavors and this kit has met my expectations!

This collection of four sauces from Saucy Lips contains one lip-burning sauce and three non-spicy ones. Because I like hot sauces, I'm partial to the Ghost Pepper Tamarind one best, followed by the Tangy Mango and the Thai Pineapple. The only one I'm not wild about is the Zesty Cilantro; the taste of apple cider vinegar overwhelms the cilantro. The mango and the pineapple sauces are particularly good on fish, either as a marinade or as a finishing sauce. They'd probably also taste good on chicken. All work well to pour on rice bowls, although obviously you'll have to handle heat if you use the (delicious) tamarind one.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

We're really enjoying the Saucy Lips KETO 4 Pack. Admittedly, only one of us will really use the Ghost pepper flavor. It's more spice than most of us choose, even with the other ingredients that do help to soften the blow. The other three flavors are good for all sorts of things. Both the mango and pineapple are quite sweet. I would add them to something that is spicy or at least well seasoned/salty to break it up. The cilantro is versatile enough to go most anywhere - basically because we love cilantro that much.We tried all of them on our air fried tofu tonight. We just kept switching from one dip to another. I only tried the ghost pepper once. Just a bit. One of the kids will happily use the whole bottle! I'm glad we found this set of vegan sauces. They're really tasty!

edit: been going a little crazy with the two flavors i like.. if you eat a lot of riced cauliflower like i do, a tbsp or two of the ‘sweetened up’ bottle of tangy mango mixed into half of a hanover steam bag was awesome!!I like 2 of these but, one has to like apple cider vinegar to enjoy these IMO. they are very much heavy on the vinegar side which to me actually overpowered the flavor of sauces themselves , it was too vinegar tasting AS IS....but, after i killed off some of the bitterness/vinegar taste, the pineapple and the mango ones became DELICIOUS!! recommend getting some ezsweetz/liquid sulcrase and add at 10 drops to bottle (less if you are not into sweeter sauces like i am), this will totally bring out the actual flavor of the bottles.. the pineapple flavor just popped out and is so good, it even has actual stringy pureed pineapple in it! the mango flavor also popped, just delicious for dipping boring baked pork rinds. The pineapple is a little more on tangy side even with sweetener which made it perfect for dipping old wisconsin beef sticks into it..i just love these two flavors (with sweetener added of course) for dipping, today i even dipped the bbq hamburger with a smartbread keto bun into the mango one, it really made burger yum!!i have not tried the cilantro nor the ghost pepper one for i got these for the fruit ones really. not sure i will actually use the cilantro one since not really sure what to use it for that we actually eat. i don’t really use hot sauces but, think i will use the ghost pepper sauce to add into my spaghetti sauce that i like to add pepper flakes or fresh red peppers into.. overall, these may not be for everybody but, if you don’t have any issue with like braggs apple cider vinegar, you will more than likely like these asis or with a little altering like i did..these are on runnier side BUT, they thicken up a little after being stored in refrigerator...if they don’t enough for you, you can always add a tiny bit of a thickener i think.. DO recommend the pineapple thai and the tangy mango for those on keto, it did not seem to affect my numbers at all.

First of all, these came packaged very intelligently and safely. They were in perfect condition.Zesty Cilantro is great for people who love the flavor of Indian food. It’s full of flavor and mild to medium heat. It’s polar opposite is Ghost Pepper Tamarind. A tiny dot of this on my tongue left a residual heat that I could feel for quite a while. If you love fiery heat, this is perfect for you. Not only that, a little goes a long way, so one bottle would last a while.Pineapple Thai was mostly redolent of sweetness and fruit. I would add a little of the Ghost Pepper one to this, but just a tiny bit, to amp it up.Tangy Mango was my favorite. It had layered flavor, a bit of sweetness and would be great for a variety of dishes, like anything Asian, whether on noodles, quinoa or rice.If you don't like vinegary foods, these sauces are not for you. They are tangy from apple cider vinegar. All have to be refrigerated once opened.

I had the opportunity to try 5 flavors of these sauces. I really liked all of them except one.My favorite is the Ghost Pepper Tamarind. It had good heat but was not overpowering of the other flavors in the sauce. I like heat so I will be adding a little of this to a lot of dishes. My second favorite is the cilantro sauce. It has a fresh cilantro flavor combined with a vinegar taste which is more versatile than you would expect. I really like it with chips/fries as well as salad/sandwiches.The apple cider vinegar flavor was also in the forefront in the pineapple Thai and tangy mango sauces which came in 3rd and 4th in my rankings. The fruity vinegar taste with either would go well as a salad dressing or to flavor rice. I liked Thai seasonings so I slightly preferred that one of the two.The last in my ranking would be the jalapeño green apple. That sauce is not very hot, and the fresh pepper flavor of the jalapeño just seems to clash with the other flavors to me (apples and raisins?). There were also raisins in the ghost pepper sauce, but that one was my favorite so I am guessing it is the apples. I will probably use this as a maranade or with other strong flavored foods. The sauces are all on the thinner side and they come in wide necked bottles so you have to be careful to not pour out too much. The bottles were not the easiest to open. These are flavorful and I appreciate that they are low carb for my diet.
