We love all of the sauces!
My hubby and I love these! They're SO tasty! Please make more flavors!!
Zero calories but full of flavor good for adding to fish or chicken
There aren't a ton of options out there for sauces if you want to do keto so I enjoyed trying these. They are fairly thin for something described as a "sauce" so they work best as a marinade. My favorite was the cilantro, makes a great pork marinade.
Oh my gosh these are so good!! They are each so different that they can go with almost anything! I use the mango and pineapple straight on some grilled shrimp and coconut cauliflower rice. It makes it super easy to cook a healthy meal and it adds great flavors to some existing meals I’ve made and tried it on.We’ve been doing whole30 off and on for 4 years and these are fantastic and compliant!! I will continue to purchase these over and over because we use them so fast!!
These are tasty, but if you're not following the Whole 30 or other similar diet, you may notice right away how not-sweet these are. The taste, although different with each flavor, is universally not sweet, with the predominant flavor being vinegar/sour. I have been enjoying them, particularly the Mango Thai which is my favorite (the Cilantro is a close second), but I don't know that I would recommend them to everyone. These are so much less sweet than other sauces that they taste a little strange to an unaccustomed palate; for example my kids are not fans at all. But if you are trying to add a compliant food and don't want the sweetness, this is a flavorful and interesting collection of sauces.
With this set of sauces, you get:- Pineapple Thai- Ghost Pepper- Ghost Pepper Jalapeno- Zesty Cilantro- Tangy MangoThe flavors in this pack range from sweet, to mild, to pretty spicy! These sauces are of a watery consistency, which I find works great with salads! I also mix a little bit in with scrambled eggs from time to time, it works well to change things up with those scrambled eggs! Certain pasta dishes I've used this with, and it a great light alternative to a traditional pasta sauce. They also work well with meats and fish. My only gripe is the price. Still, if you want a set of sauces of a thin consistency, give these a go! Great for gift-giving!
We love Saucy Lips. We have enjoyed all five flavors as dips for shrimp, fried plantain, and nachos; mixed in omelets; as salad dressing, and so much more. Saucy Lips are flavorful and zesty without being overpowering. Put me down for another case!
This review is for Saucy Lips I The Ultimate (5 Pack) I Handcrafted Gourmet Sauce I Dressing & Marinade I Vegan & Keto Certified I Whole30 Approved l Sugar & Gluten Free I Non-GMO I Low Carb & Sodium I NO Fat I 10 oz. We have tried 4 out of the 5 sauces here and we have enjoyed all of them. We have not tried the ghost pepper since we do not like anything spicy. We have tried the other 4 varieties which are pineapple thai, jalepeno green apple, zesty cilantro and tangy mango. None of these 4 were spicy to us which is good. We used all of them on chicken and the chicken came out great and flavorful each time. I do think these have a great taste but they are nothing overly spectacular. I do think the price is too high for them. $45 for 5 10oz bottles is too much. It is $9 per bottle. I don't think they are worth $9 a bottle. Maybe $5 or $6 a bottle would be more reasonable.

I thought they might be hotter, but they were delicious.
This is a 5 pack sampler set of multi purpose sauces - can be used as marinades, dipping sauces, dressings, etc. Each of the 5 sauces are packed in 10 ounce clear glass bottles. The 'Ultimate' pack includes Pineapple Thai sauce, Ghost Pepper, Jalapeno Green Apple, Zesty Cilantro and Tangy Mango. Each of the sauces have their own unique flavors but they all have a range of flavor complexity with excellent balances of sweet, savory, spice and acid. My personal favorite is the Jalapeno green apple but they're all enjoyable and kinda fun to experiment with pairing dishes/ingredients to each of the sauces. Whole 30 approved product.
This is a great product and would recommend this to everyone.
“Saucy Lips I The Ultimate (5 Pack)” was a pack of five high-quality sauces/dressings.All five flavors tasted good. They were all fresh and as if they were made this morning. In terms of sauce or dressing, all flavors except for “Ghost Pepper Tamarind” had rather strong vinegar, so they were more suitable for dressing rather than sauce in my opinion. Or, perhaps you can marinade something with them. “Ghost Pepper Tamarind” was very, very spicy. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and pour it on a salad, or it will be inedibly hot! My favorite was “Zesty Cilantro”. It had more umami taste than other flavors.Again, all flavors were good. Why 4 stars, then? I automatically take one star off from any foods sold online without showing Nutrition Facts and Ingredient List. They are required by law to be put on the product to protect consumers. It is out of question not to clearly show them on the product page. I hope Amazon enforces this policy.
These sauces are made with simple ingredients and contain no added sugars, relying on fruits and vegetables for sweetness. The flavors are generally good although the Thai Pineapple version is not my favorite. Very pricey, though, at $9 for a 10 fl. oz. bottle. Sauces like this should cost no more than $3 or $4, so I'll stick to making my own or maybe buying them at Trader Joe's.
I got the pack that included the, Pineapple Thai, Ghost Pepper, Jalepeno green apple, Zesty Cilantro and the Tangy Mango. All of them are so good and add such great flavor to any meal! My favorites are the cilantro and ghost pepper! The cilantro is great on chicken and veggies but also great on a southwest salad! The ghost pepper is fairly spicy but the flavor can't be beat! If you like spicy you will be adding that to everything!
These do have good flavor and there's a good mix of not spicy and spicy. They are vinegary, but I guess you expect that with no sugar. I think they're best mixed with something that has sweetness, but I understand you might be avoiding sugar. I kinda find them not balanced, but I understand that the no sugar is what they're going for.

i really like the choices in the mixed package. once you line up the sauce with the right meat/meal you will really enjoy these. the Tangy Mango was a perfect addition to our pork chop dinner. you'll definitely enjoy these. the sauce goes a long way and the price is pretty reasonable!
I love to cook and do so all the time. Whether its 'tried and true' recipes that our family loves, recipes I find online/cookbooks, or recipes I create on my own, cooking is one of my favorite things to do. I'm excited to incorporate Saucy Lips sauces into family meals to bring a whole new level of taste to dinnertime! I must admit, the only reason I tried Saucy Lips sauces is because my husband has high blood pressure and his doctor wants him to lose 25lbs to reach his ideal weight for his height and cut down on sodium. When I saw Saucy Lips is sugar, gluten and fat free, I thought to myself, "BORING!" and kind of pitied him, assuming he'd be using sauces that are tasteless, bland and boring. You'll notice I said I pitied HIM. When I ordered Saucy Lips, I did so for him to use, not the rest of us. When Saucy Lips arrived, he was excited to try the sauces. I first made a shrimp , rice and vegetable recipe we often eat. He used the pineapple thai sauce in his. I initially had a very snobby attitude towards it .To my surprise, the kids tried and LOVED the pineapple thai sauce. I thought they were being polite but no, they genuinely liked it. I wanted no part of it and didn't use any. Later, as I put the leftovers in a container, I snuck a few drops on a forkful and tried it. OMG...lolol...I LOVED it! I couldn't believe it. It has such a fresh taste, with a hint of sweetness and a nice pineapple taste. Over the course of the past couple of weeks, we managed to use all 5 sauces. Here's how it went:pineapple thai: Nice pineapple taste-has a bit of sweetness to it, not spicy. Perfect for shrimp, ham, chicken, pork, salads. Kids + I love this one. Excellent amount of flavortangy mango: Sweet/sour flavor--mainly sour with a hint of sweet. Works well on shrimp, fish, salads, ham, chicken, (and chicken nuggets) vegetables. Not spicy. Flavorfulcilanto lime: Mix of cilantro+ lime flavors, mainly cilantro. Not spicy. Slightly thinner (consistency) than the other sauces. Works on fish, chicken, salads, vegetablesghost pepper: I can't stress how small of a sample of this I tried. Not even a drop. The teeny tiny amount I sampled was HOT and spicy. Perfect for hot wings, tacos, tortilla chips (as a dip). Husband is a huge fan of spices and LOVES this one!jalapeno+green apple: Has some kick to it-not like ghost pepper but still hot and spicy. Perfect for wings, chicken, burgers, sausage, tacos. Lots of flavorSo, once again, I was wrong! Turns out, sauces not containing sugar, gluten and fat can most definitely be packed with flavor, taste wonderful and still be healthy at the same time! Saucy Lips is going to add some great flavor to whatever you're cooking WITHOUT containing fat, sugar, gluten . Our entire family recommends Saucy Lips sauces!

Boy, I'm sure glad I ordered these! I wouldn't normally try all of these flavors but the cilantro sounded good so I ordered the 5-pack. The other four flavors aren't ones I've had before so I was glad to try them and like them very much. This 5-pack includes one bottle each of: Pineapple Thai, Ghost Pepper, Ghost Pepper Jalapeño, Zesty Cilantro, and Tangy Mango.I've tried these on a variety of things including salads, as marinade (yum!) and I put the Zesty Cilantro on fries with cheese and it was so good! I used the Pineapple Thai on chicken and it was excellent.I'm very pleased with these and we'll finish them soon - and then I'll be ordering more! If you're considering these, order them and try them! We love them!
All of the sauces in this pack have apple cider as a kit - so naturally the taste may have some slight sourness to it. The fruit offerings offer some sweet balance. My favorite is the cilantro. Some of the sauces, the sourness is more apparent. May need some spices to offset it.Nice variety pack overall. Comes in glass bottles.

If you follow a keto diet, you know how difficult it is to find keto friendly sauces to use in stir fries and other recipes.I'm really enjoying this sample sauce selection from Saucy Lips. These sauces have a simple ingredient list and not a science experiment like many sauces I see out there. My favorite so far is the ghost pepper sauce, hot but not overwhelming. The zesty cilantro sauce I've used in a few chicken based stir fries, really good. Will definitely seek out more of these sauces.
Saucy Lips I The Ultimate (5 Pack) I Handcrafted Gourmet Sauce I Dressing & Marinade I Vegan & Keto Certified I Whole30 Approved l Sugar & Gluten Free I Non-GMO I Low Carb & Sodium I NO Fat I 10 ozour family loves spicy, we used it all on pretty much everything that we cook, from all 5 i like the Zesty Cilantro and Tangy Mango most but my wife like the Pineapple Thai it taste great with meat, the only thing that i dont like is its not thick enough for condiment
If you've been looking for some unique and interesting sauces that are not loaded with sugar and sodium, here's a great option for you. I can tell that they really put a lot of love into the product and didn't want to release it until they got it just right. All of the flavors I sampled were very tasty. Some were a bit spicy, but I like that. It's hard to find quality products like this. Highly recommended with a 5 star rating.
I received a five pack of bottled sauces: Pineapple Thai, Ghost Pepper, Ghost Ppper Jalepeno, Zesty Cilantro, and Tangy Mango. The sauces are vegetarian and have lots of flavor. They can be used for a variety of dishes and meals. So far I've mainly used them to cook with rice and tofu, and they are all quite good. The five pack is fairly expensive, but it would make a wonderful gift for someone who enjoys cooking vegetarian meals.
Really enjoying the 5 pack including the Ghost Pepper which is definitely hot. We're using some of them like hot sauce pouring directly onto foods and others like marinades with chicken & steak.
These sauces are a hit in the house. They are fresh and delicious. I like that they are low carb, vegan and keto friendly. I simply add some sugar alternative to them and they are awesome for dipping and dressing. Good flavors without sugar, gluten, dairy and soy. Just high-quality and healthy stuff. These come well packaged in a flip-top box. The glass bottles are wrapped in thick, corrugated cardboards for protection and further cushioned with bubble wraps in the box. Overall, I'm very happy with them. They are a little pricey but you are getting all natural, healthy stuff. Simply Delicious.
The flavors are extremely intense, and this made me check and recheck the ingredients. The mango one has a very intense and rounded mango flavor, for example. Here's a very important set of points:NO SugarNO GlutenNO DairyNO SoyNO Artificial PreservativesNO FillersNO Trans FatsOne ingredient I see is apple cider vinegar. These are healthy, real healthy. I would choose to have these sauces over any others based on taste, and the healthiness factor is a plus. My kids love the Zesty Cilantro, and I'm glad to introduce this to their palates. I love all five of them.
Low carb and keto friendly; these sauces are great on different dishes or for dipping/ marinating your meats! All of the sauces have their own take on hot sauce. The habanero is definitely the one I kept using on my eggs every morning, great fruitiness balancing the spice. It’s more sweet than Huy Fong with the same level of spice. The jalapeño flavor is more similar to Huy Fong, but can tout the non-GMO label. They're all so different and delicious. We look for things to eat with the sauce, that's how much we love them in our family. If I could drink them I would!
Delicious, fresh, and lots of flavor. I found the Cilanto Lime flavor at Whole Foods and purchased on impulse because I love the flavor of cilantro. I was surprised by how intense the cilantro flavor was yet balanced imwithin the sauce as a whole. I couldn't find it again at Whome Foods so turned to Amazon. Looking to buy a case of it, I discovered the other flavors. The Ghost Pepper Tamarind did not disappoint, packed with flavor and very spicy. The mango and Thai flavors have been excellent additions to fish and poured straight over hot rice. Each bottle was meticulously wrapped with bubble wrap in the box that I believe the the box could have been dropped from a plane and the bottles would have been fine.A new staple in my pantry.
We are doing the Whole 30 (again) and almost 100% of our meals are done at home. I bought these compliant sauces to changeup my staple recipes. They arrived very well packaged. Easy addition to shrimp, chicken and even a cold drizzle on top of scrambled eggs was nice instead of salsa.
