My daughter tried the Zesty Cilantro (see pic) and loved it -She marinated the chicken breast and also seasoned the potatoes with it before baking them - She was wowed by itI however was not impressed with the Zest Cilantro but the Mango?I marinated chicken breast using the Mango flavor and loved itThe flavors are powerful (best word I can think of) I used the mango Thai on both noodles and eggs and found it was easy to overuse - Doesn't take a whole lot to get the flavor. For those of us avoiding processed sugars this is a great alternative and it doesn't lack in flavor

I have opened all but one, the jalapeƱo sauce, so far they have been excellent. Love the flavors, you wonāt even think about salt using these. The ghost pepper, a little goes a long way, probably my fav because I love anything spicy. The cilantro is very tasty but you got to love cilantro. The pineapple Thai has a nice little kick to it. I would I buy them again, absolutely! Iām always telling everyone what great flavors they are. Canāt wait to try the JalapeƱo.

These are very favorable. A different mixture of tastes that are great to make meals a little more exciting. I follow mostly a Whole30 lifestyle and these are not Whole30 certified. The ingredients look pretty clean and no sugar or soy so I use them as I'm not very creative with my cooking. I've only tried two out of the pack but really enjoyed both of those. I would purchase again.

These sauces/dressings could have gone either way, but I'm happy to say they are quite tasty. They are all rather sharp with vinegar taste, which actually is a good thing because I was afraid the pineapple one and the mango one would be too sweet. The sharpness offsets that. The cilantro one is great on my black bean, corn, tomato salad. The pineapple one is not overly sweet, and a different taste than what I'm used to in dressings. It makes a nice coleslaw, too. The mango one is a bit thicker than the other, and it makes a nice dipping sauce for spring rolls or egg rolls.Do be aware that the nutritional information is for only a teaspoon whereas most dressings are listed at two tablespoons. Nevertheless, 5 calories for a teaspoon is pretty healthy. These are not overly oily. These are nice if you want to try something a little different, something out of the ordinary.

These sauces are vegan, nonGMO, and gluten-free...everything youād want for a healthy sauce. My favorite of the three flavors is the Tangy Mango, but the Pineapple Thai is delicious on rice and baked tofu. I use the Zesty Cilantro in salad dressings. I like the taste of this product and the natural, healthy ingredients. I recommend these sauces and rate them 4 stars.

Review of Saucy Lips I Non-Spicy (4 Pack) I Handcrafted Gourmet Sauce I Dressing & Marinade I Vegan & Keto Certified I Whole30 Approved l Sugar & Gluten Free I Non-GMO I Low Carb & Sodium I NO Fat I 10 ozThis was a set of 4 10-ounce glass bottles all with a Best By date approximately 14 months from date of receipt. The set that I received had 2 zesty cilantro, and 1 each of pineapple thai and tangy mango.Refrigerate after opening. The ingredients listed first for all varieties were apple cider vinegar is the first ingredient for all and oil is listed second (except the cilantro which has cilantro inserted between the vinegar and oil). The low totals for fat, cholesterol, carbohydrates (all) and protein are diluted to zero due to the unreasonably low serving size. A single teaspoon is the listed serving size with a total of 56 services per bottle. I have not measured but I believe portion size to be a minimum of 3 times greater although there must be some allowance for wastage during cooking and whatever is left behind when measuring or serving such as that remaining on the measuring spoon/cup or left behind in a bowl/bag when using as a marinade, remnants on the plate or mixing bowl, etc. Had to reduce rating for that. The bottles were extremely well packaged which is important for a glass container during shipping and handling. The sauces are a bit thin which should be expected and the contents will separate when stored so be sure to shake the bottle before use.I used both the zesty cilantro and pineapple thai as marinades for some chicken and I enjoyed the flavoring although I did consider the added flavor to be slightly on the light side. I have not yet used the mango.I did a quick check and ensured that these sauces are actually listed as being verified with nonGMOproject.org but could not verify the Keto certified label use because the website for that organization is flagged by my firewall.

First I want to complement the company for the most outstanding packaging job! They must have had an engineer design the little cardboard cages that allow these glass bottles to safely make it through the mail. I was expecting sweet sauces, given the names on the bottles, but these definitely are savory and not sweet. I posted a photo of shrimp with pineapple Thai, and tortellini with zesty cilantro. I also used the tangy mango on chicken in the slow cooker. All the sauces had a distinct vinegar flavor, like you would find in Italian salad dressing. I like my sauces to have bold flavors, and these were all mild tasting and I needed to use a lot to bring out the flavors.

An all-purpose cooking sauce is a great thing to have on hand when you're rushed, busy, or just not in the mood to cook. These sauces don't add sugar or other unwholesome stuff to your dish, and they do add flavor. I've used them with fish, chicken, and beef, with great results every time. The pineapple sauce is sweet and tangy. It's nice for stir fry or baked chicken. The mango has a tart, earthy flavor, not as sweet as the pineapple. I particularly like this one for fish. The cilantro sauce is mild and simple. It adds moisture and a bit of herbal flavor. They say these sauces are not spicy. They don't mean "not very spicy." They mean absolutely not spicy at all. I like the fruit sauces with a hit of ginger and red pepper flakes.Very nice to keep on hand!

I've used the mango as a marinate with chicken which worked quite well, but even better once I mixed it with some hot peppers and then coated the chicken with a bit afterwards, kind of like a nice mango habanero sauce. [Picture 1] When cooked, the mustard stands out more than the other tastes which works well, but when blended and cold, the sweetness of the mango is more present. The apple cider vinegar helps break down the chicken a bit when used as a marinate. The cilantro is my favorite and likely of most people, which is why there are two. I've had it cooked with vegetables, but this really soars right out of the refrigerator blended in with some avocado. The pineapple works decently with vegetables as a stir fry (asparagus pictures above) and is decent with ham, although, when cooked with it you end up with some of it becoming more like clumps, which you can then keep on top of the ham like a sort of pineapple chutney topping or discard. It's a more subtle taste than expected with the ham, but still works decently.

This stuff is yummy! I especially love the Zesty Cilantro. It tastes like fresh cilantro & very similar to a dressing used on some zucchini at a restaurant featuring upscale Mexican cuisine. It was so good & I was trying to figure out what was in the dressing. This order came in & my Zesty Cilantro tasted closely to what was used at the Mexican restaurant. It was so close in flavor I wondered if they werenāt using it already or had created it. Iām beyond thrilled that there are two bottles of it in this set of four. The Tangy Mango has a fresh mango flavor. And pineapple is very evident in the Pineapple Thai dressing. The flavor in both of those kinds are fresh, tart from apple cider vinegar & has a spiciness without the heat. Itās nice to use this for basting meat & the flavor comes through, without heat numbing the taste buds. I like to be able to decide my heat level & thatās easy enough to accomplish by adding peppers or seasonings. So far, Iāve tried them all on chicken & they all have good flavor & stand on their own. I still think the Zesty Cilantro is my favorite. I like to make salads with veggies & then add rice or quinoa & with all those same ingredients, I can get a different profile just by using a different one of these sauces.I just recently switched to a Keto diet & this fits in easily. It also works with a vegan, paleo, lactose-intolerant, or gluten-free diets. Thereās no fillers, trans-fats, soy, sugar or preservatives, just really clean flavors. I think that the cilantro dressing will be in my cupboard if I can get individual bottles. The other two flavors are good but I donāt find myself using them like I do the cilantro. The negatives about these sauces are that a serving size is 1 teaspoon. It gives it 56 servings per bottle (which is glass) at 5 calories each. But realistically, what can you use 1 teaspoon of sauce on? Itās not enough for a small salad or to baste meat. The sauce at the Mexican restaurant that was used on the zucchini had at least a tablespoon & it wasnāt drenched. I think that 1 teaspoon for a serving is unrealistic. I say that as Iām sitting here with some of the tangy mango poured out so I could taste it again. And againā¦and again. Iāve had at least three servings āsamplingā it. Itās pretty good stuff.
Sincerely Yours
Great for fish dishes, but the cilantro had a bit of lemony tang to it. All the flavors taste fresh and light. Very fresh ingredients. Works great with sword fish, bass and salmon. Phew, I no longer struggle to come up with a new way to cook fish.
Ann
The sauces are very good. They are not spicy indeed. Each of them has its own distinct taste, and they work for different things. One of the sauces contains sesame oil. The ingredients seem to be good. The taste is quite intense, and We only needed just a little of the sauce to flavor the dish. The glass bottles are packaged very well in sturdy cardboard box with spacers, so everything comes in good shape. It is a great assortment of sauces, I loved each of them.

We use these as a marinade or dressing. Tastes great and has natural ingredients.

We each have our favorites. My son likes to pour the jalapeƱo green apple on most everything. I like to use the zesty cilantro for stir fry and the pineapple Thai for a marinade. My husband says he likes them all, but I see him reaching for the mango more often than anything else. These are not inexpensive, but I think they are worth the price and will definitely buy them again because they are so flavorful and different.

I wasn't sure what to expect when these sauces arrived since we mostly have hot sauce and marinades in our house. This is a sort of "everything" sauce. My husband brought home some kale salads tonight that were so boring because they had absolutely no dressing on them. I remembered that I had set the Cilantro sauce aside so I thought I'd add some to the salad. It was SO good! Nice and fresh and honestly it tasted like something that I have made before. Very fresh tasting. I like that it also only has 5 calories per TSP which is quite low.Tomorrow I'm planning on roasting some veggies to have in the fridge for meal prep and I think the cilantro sauce will be the perfect addition. I'm glad it came with 2 bottles of the Cilantro because it is really good. Have yet to try the other 2 flavors but I bet they'll be just as tasty.

I really like trying new sauces and marinades, but typically I don't enjoy how spicy some of them can be. Usually you pick between mild and bland, or flavorful but spicy. These sauces are a nice change of pace. Good rich flavors and NO spiciness at all. I've been using them as a sauce on top of a few different dishes, and to cook with as well. I'm looking forward to trying new ways to incorporate them into my meals. If you're looking for a nice bold flavorful sauce but something not hot/spicy, try these.
DesertDweller
Bright, bold, fresh-tasting sauces. Lots of flavor and no unexpected ingredients. This set has 3 flavors, each is very different but all of them are acidic and tangy. Slightly more vinegar than I would have preferred, but that's my only complaint.Zesty Cilantro flavor is bright, acidic, and loaded with fresh cilantro. Tastes great if you are a fan of apple cider vinegar and cilantro, but the vinegar is a little overpowering in this one. Good on rice, poultry, and pork. Especially good paired with sriracha to give a little heat and amplify depth of flavor.Pineapple Thai flavor is much more pineapple than Thai. No curry, fish sauce, lime, or other classic Thai flavors. Pineapple flavor front and center, thick, bold, and tropical. Vinegar is also strong in this sauce. Excellent on fish and shrimp. Pairs well with teriyaki, poke sauce, and Hawaiian flavors.Tangy Mango is sweet, tropical, thick, and very tasty without being too sweet. Vinegar is toned down a little in this one compared to the others, but still a prominent part of the flavor profile. Great on poultry and fish.
Miss Barbara
so many dressings and sauces have the spotlight flavor as a background thing. Not so here. The pineapple, cilantro and mango is right up there front and center. I love the pineapple and mango flavors over my cottage. I add a few drops of Monk Fruit sweetener. I also like the pineapple as a dip for beer batter fish. Better than malt vinegar. I've mixed the cilantro with a little mayo for a drizzle over salads. For dull disclosure - these are on the spendy side but they offer a good and healthy product I don't usually copy&paste in a review but it's worth giving a nod to the fact that these are made with: NO Sugar, NO Gluten, NO Dairy, NO Soy, , NO Artificial Preservatives, NO Fillers, NO Trans Fats. Good stuff.

This selection of sauces is just a perfect gift for people who like to experiment. I was completely entranced by the jalapeƱo apple flavor and was just amazed that here to now, I have mistakenly put caramel on apples. This was not something I imagined. My mouth was on fire and happy. The sauces are a little thin. But they are small batch produced which seems to be everything.

I can't say I found the flavor of these dressings that great and a few of them are hard to incorporate into a dish but here's what I do like about them:They are free of thickeners (except 2 that have xanthan gum), free of sugar, and free of "natural flavors" or ambiguous flavoring ingredients. They don't contain canola oil, soybean oil, or other cheap oils. Two are oil-free and the two that have oil use olive oil, with one containing a very small amount of sesame seed oil. They aren't oily like some dressings and I appreciate that. They come in thick glass bottles, not plastic. Here's a more detailed breakdown of each variety:Pineapple Thai: this one tastes mostly like straight pineapple juice, nothing else. It makes everything you add it to taste sweet, fruity, and tropical which is unpleasant to me. It's not balanced out by any savory spices to soften the fruitiness/sweetness or make it more Thai-like. It's my least favorite because it's flat and just tastes like oil and pineapple, no garlic, etc.Jalapeno Green Apple: this one is oil free and very ginger-y, not sweet and no apple flavor to it. It's extremely vinegary and very light since it has no oil. It's so ginger-y that it's almost medicinal and overpowers whatever you pour it on with ginger flavor. And that ginger flavor isn't buffered by other things like garlic, cilantro, etc. If you like straight apple cider vinegar, you'll like this one.Ghost pepper Tamarind: this one is also oil free, with not much flavor except for a sourness and spice that's quite significant. You can't taste the onion, garlic, or anything else that's in the ingredients. It's mostly like a tabasco style hot sauce.Zesty Cilantro: this is the most flavorful and fresh tasting one. It's my favorite, like a really bright salad dressing, and tastes most like a salad dressing compared to the others. It's like a Green Goddess dressing. It's not sweet or thick. And the oil is balanced out by the generous amounts of cilantro and vinegar.Other details/cons:The serving sizes are off on all of the bottles in that you get hardly any flavor from one tsp but it allows the company to list lower calories and carbs and more servings per bottle. Standard serving sizes for dressings and marinades are 1-2 tablespoons while these are 1 teaspoon each. Except for the Ghost pepper one which is more like a concentrated hot sauce, no one could feasibly use only one teaspoon to cover any food. Also, the bottles have a wide, open mouth with no stopper and they all pour horribly and unpredictably. All except one are not really keto friendly since they have fruit juice ingredients.

Iāve included pix of the labels, since it was a pain to find the ingredients at first. Read the labels of these Saucy Lips gourmet dressings and marinade carefully. Some of them have typical allergens, others donāt.Hereās our take on these sauces:1 - Zesty Cilantro ā immediate family favorite. Great on veggies, salad, and as a chicken marinade. We may try it on pork also.2 - Jalapeno Green Apple ā We didnāt like this as a dressing, but think it will work well as a meat marinade or glaze.3 - Pineapple Thai ā this reminds us of a traditional glaze for ham, especially if we added brown sugar. So thatās what we will do. A bit too strong to use on a salad, unless the ingredients are really strong flavors.4 - Ghost Pepper Tamarind ā We didnāt like this for any purpose. Itās really hot, but it actually has very little else. Itās just a shallow hot without any depth of flavor.Overall, we intend to use the Zesty Cilantro the most. The others we will use on certain foods, except the Ghost Pepper Tamarind, unless we figure out something to mix in to make it more flavorful.Overall, Iād buy the Zesty Cilantro again in a heartbeat. The others, I donāt think we would unless we had specific dishes in mind that they would fit. I wish all the sauces had been equally ācleanā of allergens. As the parent of kiddos with autism, there are causes near and dear to my heart. Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! What a nice grouping of different flavors. We use these for chicken dips, salads and to spice up different meat and vegetable dishes. I each is not too hot or too mild and the flavors are true. We are quite happy with these products and they each add a different dimension to our chow.

So, when I ordered this set of sauces, I thought the Zesty Cilantro would be my favorite but I was wrong.I put a bit of each on a plate and dipped chicken nuggets in each to taste test. (I know real adult food, right?)It turns out that my favorite pick of these sauces is whichever one is in my mouth! LOLThey are all amazing! Each and every one!The Zesty Cilantro is an extremely flavorful blend of Cilantro and oil. It is amazing and would be great over noodles, salad, anywhere you want a kick of cilantro. The Pineapple Thai is sweet and spicy and made a great dip for the chicken nugget but I also drizzled it over a side dish of rice we were having and it was delicious. The JalapeƱo Green Apple is in a class all by itself. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's just perfect! This one would be excellent over rice, too.And the Ghost Pepper Tamarind. Oh, the ghost pepper. I was actually a little afraid of this one. I put a little on my nugget and after tasting, I added even more. It's hot but not in the 'melt your face' way. It's so flavorful that it quickly became one of my favorites. These would also make a fantastic addition to a gift basket for the foodies you know.Add 1 bottle of sauce and a pack of rice pilaf, or a bag of chips or some pasta. Wrap it with a bow and you'll have an extremely cool gift for friends and family for about $10 or $12.And you'll still have 3 bottles left for more gifts or to horde for yourself. LOLI love these sauces and would give 10+ stars if I could.I hope this helps you.

An excellent group of four flavorful all-natural sauces in 10 ounce bottles that avoid sugar, trans fat, soy, dairy, gluten, fillers and artificial preservatives. They are vegan and allergy-friendly. The glass bottles arrive well-cushioned and they need to be refrigerated after opening. The sauces can be used as a seasoning, dipping sauce, dressing or marinade. The sauces can be used in a variety of dishes and after tasting each my initial reaction was that the Pineapple Thai will be good on salmon filets. The Jalapeno Green-Apple should be tasty on cheese-corn tamales, the Zesty Cilantro will be excellent with chicken fajitas) and the Ghost Pepper Tamarind should brighten the flavors in Spanish rice. These are just some of the possibilities. To estimate shelf-life the Best By dates range from 18 to 20 months in the future, but dates will vary. Delicious.

I am a fanatic about sauces and marinades. I use them frequently in pasta salads, stir fries, to baste chicken or seafood, as dips, and many other uses (eggs, omelets, etc). I am always looking for interesting and different options, which is what drew me to these (the 4-pack Keto-friendly pack). What I think is so great with these sauces is the creative use of ingredients *other* than the āheadlineā ingredients (i.e. cilantro, pineapple, ghost pepper and jalapeƱo). In each of the respective sauces the headline ingredient is the main flavor you get, but, by no means is it the total essence of the sauce. For example, with the ghost pepper and tamarind sauce, the ghost pepper heat is tempered with the tamarind, raisins and carrots, creating a flavor profile that is incredible and not as hot as you might think just based on the name. Likewise, the zesty cilantro sauce is enhanced by the red bell peppers, onions and garlic. All four of the sauces taste āfreshā... that is, they taste like they have been recently made and bottled, and that there was relatively little āprocessingā that you sense with many other sauces on the market. Being keto friendly, there is no added sugar to any of the sauces, so they are not sweet, although, while they use apple cider vinegar in each, they are not as tart as I thought they might be either. The ghost pepper and jalapeno apple sauces are oil-free, while the other two have a small amount of olive oil. I got the keto-friendly 4-pack, but they have other combo options to choose from. They are in glass jars (saw an older review indicating they used to be in plastic containers, but that is not the case now). They were also impressively packed to protect the glass. I would encourage anyone interested in these to look at the ingredient list and not just the āheadlineā name to get a better feel for the flavor profile. These are high quality sauces that stand above your run-of-the-mill mainstream grocery store sauces.

The sauces are the absolute bestI used to get them at the farmers market and was happily surprised to see them onlineExtra bonus for me is that they are gluten-free and vegan!!!

First time with these dressing. I'm surprised how good they are. Fresh ingredients Keto friendly. I will continue to purchase. Yum!!

These are all fantastic. Spicy, great ingredients. Although if you're watching your carbs, the Jalapeno Green Apple has 1 carb for only a TEASPOON! That can quickly add up since this is so good you want more than a tiny teaspoon.
Kimberly
I saw the cilantro sauce used in a whole 30 recipe so I thought I would give this variety pack a try. They all are very tasty. Not spicy... just a lot of flavor. These are great as a sauce or use as a marinade. I would buy these again.

I am a hot sauce connoisseur and am in love with the ghost hot sauce!!! It is spicy and full of flavor which is hard to fond in hot sauces. It is my new go to hot sauce!!!

Tried these at Disneyland CA Adventures food festival in 2019, and they were amazing. When I got home I was excited to find and order them on Amazon. They are absolutely delicious with great flavor. A little goes a long way.
