An easy and vegan way to jazz up the classic bagel and schmear!!

Bagel with Pumpkin Mustard Cream Cheese (Vegan):
Ingredients:

Directions:


  • Make your bagel how you like it, with the amount of cream cheese you prefer.
  • Drizzle pumpkin mustard on top of the cream cheese and gently spread around with a knife to slightly blend pumpkin mustard with the cream cheese.

* Optional: Add some raw pumpkin seeds to add a bit of texture, crunch, and additional nutritional benefits. *
