This healthier and delicious potato salad alternative is bursting with flavor!
- 4 C. Red and Gold Creamer Potatoes (quartered, boiled, drained & cooled)
- 3 Tbsp Saucy Lips Zesty Cilantro dressing
- 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Shelled Hemp Seeds/Hearts
- 2 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1/2 tsp Onion Granules
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated and seasoned.
- Enjoy served hot or cold!
