Zesty Cilantro Salmon
Enjoy this healthy and filling Zesty Cilantro Salmon dish in less than 20 minutes! Now that is what we call an easy weeknight meal!
Recipe type: Main Dish
1 lb salmon
1-2 tbs Zesty Cilantro per salmon filet
2 cups white rice, cooked
8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place salmon and asparagus on a baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
Bake for about 15 minutes
Finish off with 1-2 tbsp Zesty Cilantro sauce per filet
