Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 cup egg whites
- Sea salt
- ¼ cup zesty cilantro sauce
- Toppings, as desired
Instructions
- Mix together coconut flour, sea salt and egg whites
- Place into a cast iron skillet and bake at 425 degrees for about 8 minutes
- Remove from the oven and top with zesty cilantro sauce and favorite pizza toppings
- Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until golden and warm
- Slice and enjoy!
