Zesty Cilantro & Coconut Cream Shrimp
Enjoy this healthy and filling Zesty Cilantro shrimp dish in less than 5 minutes! Now that is what we call an easy weeknight meal!
Recipe type: Main Dish
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 can coconut cream
1/3-1/2 cup Zesty Cilantro
- 2-3 cups riced cauliflower, cooked
Add coconut cream, zesty cilantro and shrimp to a medium skillet
- Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through
- Serve over riced cauliflower
