Recipe type: Side Dish
- 1 head cauliflower, riced (or use 1 bag frozen)
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup zesty cilantro dressing
- Saute caulirice in a pan with ghee for about 5 minutes or until golden
- Mix in zesty cilantro dressing and cook an additional 2 minutes or until heated through
- Top with your favorite protein and serve with a side of fresh vegetables
