Whole30® Zucchini Sliders

Makes about 12 sliders


  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 2 sliced zucchini 1/2” thick  (you need 24 slices)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tbsp of zesty cilantro sauce
  • *Our tangy mango to drizzle on top


1- Add the beef to a bowl and mix in the salt, pepper and the Tbsp of zesty cilantro sauce. Shape beef burgers into 12 small patties.
2- Heat a pan on medium high with a little olive oil and cook the zucchini for about 3 minutes per side, single layered. Once ready, place on a paper napkin to remove the water. 
3- In the same pan, cook the patties about 2-3 min per side. This might have to be done in batches depending on the size of your pan.
4- Arrange burger patties in between the zucchini slices and drizzle some of our mango sauce.
