These Zucchini Sliders are the perfect pre-dinner appetizers your family and friends will LOVE!
SERVES about 12 sliders
1 pound of lean ground beef
2 sliced zucchini 1/2” thick (you need 24 slices)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

ADD the beef to a bowl and mix in the salt, pepper and the Tbsp of Zesty Cilantro sauce.
SHAPE beef burgers into 12 small patties.
HEAT a pan on medium high with a little olive oil and cook the zucchini for about 3 minutes per side, single layered.
PLACE on a paper napkin to remove the water.
IN the same pan, cook the patties about 2-3 min per side. This might have to be done in batches depending on the size of your pan.
ARRANGE burger patties in between the zucchini slices and drizzle some of our Tangy Mango sauce.
