    Whole30® Zesty Fish Bowls

    • 4 cups shredded or ribbons of vegetables (We used cucumber, Jicama & radishes) 
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt 
    • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 
    • Juice of one lime 
    • 2 cups riced cauliflower
    • 1 tbsp of olive oil or your favorite compliant oil. 
    • 2 filets of white fish  
    • 1 tbsp of olive oil 
    • 2 tablespoon Zesty cilantro 


    • 1 large avocado
    • 1/4 of a cup of water 
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt 
    • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
    • 3 TBSP of zesty cilantro 
    • optional toppings: jalapeños, cilantro, lime wedges



    • Make the veggie ribbons, add the salt, pepper and the juice of one lime. stir well and put aside. 
    • Make the cauliflower rice. Heat a large skillet to medium-low heat and add 1 teaspoon oil. Add rice and cook for 4-5 mins. If you want to add some flavor mix it 2 TBSP of our zesty cilantro and stir. It will make cilantro lime rice. 
    • Coat the fish in the zesty cilantro dressing. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add fish, cook for 3 mins, flip, and cook for another 3 mins depending on thickness.
    • Assemble the bowls. Divide the veggies, cauliflower rice and salsa between the two bowls. Top each bowl with a filet of fish and any additional toppings, some of our habanero carrot would go great here!
