2 cans of tuna (10 oz of tuna)
5 TBSP canned coconut cream
3 TBSP of Ghost Pepper Tamarind
1/2 tsp of Garlic powder
Dash of salt and pepper
1/3 cup of diced red onions
2 celery stalks finely chopped
Mix everything in a large bowl and enjoy! The spice level is medium so add more hot sauce as needed.
*For a smooth dip version mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
