Serving size: makes about 12 OZ of sauce
Ingredients for the Whole30 Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce
1 cup of cashews
1 TBSP of lime juice
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1/2 cup of water
1/2 red roasted bell pepper ( the ones that come preserved in a jar)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 TBSP of our ghost pepper sauce
*blend everything until smooth, you can soak the cashews for 15 minutes in boiling water if you don't have a high speed blender.
