This is a super easy and quick, yet delicious and vegan dinner!!
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of vegan raviolis
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Saucy Lips Zesty Cilantro
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- Pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Cream Cheese
Directions:
- Boil ravioli according to package’s directions/your preference.
- Heat a small sauce pan on medium heat.
- Add all sauce ingredients to pan, stir until well combined and heated through.
- Plate pasta and pour sauce over raviolis.
- ***Garnish with finely chopped fresh cilantro***
