Tangy Mango Shrimp & CauliRice

Sweeten up your regular shrimp dish with our Tangy Mango Sauce!  

Recipe type: Lunch/Dinner 

Serves: 1 

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 cup caulirice, cooked 
  • 4-6 oz shrimp 
  • Asparagus, roasted 
  • tomatoes 
  • ghee 
  • 2 tbs Tangy Mango dressing  

Instructions 

  1. Sauté shrimp in a medium skillet with ghee  
  2. Add in tangy mango sauce and mix well 
  3. Serve shrimp over caulirice with roasted asparagus and sliced tomatoes
