This Tangy Mango Salmon dish shows that you can create a flavorful and healthy meal in just a matter of minutes!

Ingredients
- 4oz salmon
- 1 tbsp. Tangy Mango sauce
- ½ cup orange cauliflower
- ½ cup arugula
- Sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Place salmon and cauliflower on a baking sheet with a sprinkle of sea salt
- Top salmon with 1 tbsp. tangy mango sauce and bake at 400 degrees F for about 12 minutes
- When fish is done baking arrange arugula, cauliflower strawberries and fish on a plate
- Finish off with an extra drizzle of tangy mango, if desired
