Tangy Mango Salmon

This Tangy Mango Salmon dish shows that you can create a flavorful and healthy meal in just a matter of minutes! 

Recipe type: Lunch, Dinner 

Serves: 1 (can easily double) 


  • 4oz salmon 
  • 1 tbsp. Tangy Mango sauce 
  • ½ cup orange cauliflower 
  • ½ cup arugula 
  • Sliced strawberries 


  1. Place salmon and cauliflower on a baking sheet with a sprinkle of sea salt 
  2. Top salmon with 1 tbsp. tangy mango sauce and bake at 400 degrees F for about 12 minutes 
  3. When fish is done baking arrange arugula, cauliflower strawberries and fish on a plate 
  4. Finish off with an extra drizzle of tangy mango, if desired
