Tangy Mango Salmon
This Tangy Mango Salmon dish shows that you can create a flavorful and healthy meal in just a matter of minutes!

Serves: 1 (can easily double)
1 tbsp. Tangy Mango sauce
½ cup orange cauliflower
½ cup arugula
Place salmon and cauliflower on a baking sheet with a sprinkle of sea salt
Top salmon with 1 tbsp. tangy mango sauce and bake at 400 degrees F for about 12 minutes
When fish is done baking arrange arugula, cauliflower strawberries and fish on a plate
Finish off with an extra drizzle of tangy mango, if desired
