Tangy Mango Meatballs

Recipe type: Main Dish 

Serves: 4 

Ingredients 

  • lb ground beef 
  • 1 large egg, whisked 
  • ¼ cup almond flour 
  • Tangy Mango Sauce, to taste 
  • Ghee 
  • Sides, as desired 

Instructions 

  1. Mix together ground beef, egg, almond flour 
  2. Roll meatballs into desired size 
  3. Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat 
  4. Pan fry meatballs about 2-3 minutes on each side 
  5. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to finish cooking 
  6. Top meatballs with Tangy Mango Sauce  
  7. Serve with your favorite sides
