Ingredients
- 4oz steak kabobs
- 2 tbs Tangy Mango Sauce
- 2 cups rice cauliflower
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ cup fresh green beans
- 2 tsp. ghee
Instructions
- Saute cauliflower rice and mushrooms in ghee
- Steam green beans
- Grill steak as desired
- Top caulirice with grilled steak
- Finish off with 2 tbsp. of tangy mango sauce
