Ingredients 

  • 1 cup microgreen 
  • ¼ cup watermelon radish 
  • ¼ cup carrots 
  • Sliced apple 
  • ½ avocado 
  • ¼ cup blue cheese 
  • 4 oz chicken tenders, cooked 
  • 2 tbsp. tangy mango sauce 

Instructions 

  1. Toss chicken with tangy mango sauce.
  2. Layer veggies into a salad bowl and enjoy!
