INGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup of chopped apples
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Tangy Mango sauce 
1/4 cup of raisins
cashews 
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

COMBINE the chicken,  celery, red onion, and cilantro. Mix gently.

COVER the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

SERVE Tangy Mango Chicken Salad on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, crackers, or tortilla chips!
