    Tangy Air-Fried Salmon

    If you're looking for a healthy and delicious lunch or dinner option, look no further! We're excited to share with you our latest creation, an air-fried salmon bowl that's packed with flavor. The secret ingredient? Our own Saucy Lips Tangy Mango! 


    1 lb. salmon fillets, skin removed

    1/4 cup of Saucy Lips Tangy Mango

    2 TBSP of coconut aminos

    Salt and pepper, to taste


    For the bowl:

    1 cup cooked rice or Cauliflower rice 

    1 Persian cucumber chopped

    Half an avocado sliced

    Sesame seeds 

    chopped scallions 

    Fresh lime wedges, for serving



    PREHEAT your air fryer to 390 °F.

    MIX together the Saucy Lips Tangy Mango, the coconut aminos, salt, and pepper.

    BRUSH the salmon fillets generously on both sides with the sauce mixture.

    PLACE the salmon fillets in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, or until fully cooked.

    ASSEMBLE the bowls. Place the cooked salmon fillet on top of the rice. Garnish with the cucumber slices, sesame seeds, scallions, avocado and serve with fresh lime wedges.

    *Optional for spicy food lovers: Top with our Ghost Pepper Tamarind sauce! To tame down the heat, you can mix the sauce with a little mayo!
