Serves: 1 

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups lettuce 
  • 4-6 oz chicken breast, cooked and diced 
  • ¼ cup watermelon radish, chopped 
  • ¼ cup yellow pepper, diced 
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced 
  • ¼ cup carrots, diced 
  • ½  avocado 

Instructions 

  1. Layer all ingredients into a bowl 
  2. Finish off with Tangy Mango Dressing
