Ingredients
- 1- 4 ounce piece King salmon, grilled
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- ¼ cup sliced heirloom tomatoes
- Crackers, if desired
- ¼ cup Tangy Mango Sauce
Instructions
- Place arugula in bowl and top with salmon, berries and tomatoes
- Finish off with tangy mango sauce for dressing
