    Crispy Ghost Pepper Chicken Bites

    These Chicken Bites made with our Ghost Pepper Tamarind hot sauce are the perfect starters that will surely wake your tastebuds! Not only are they tasty, they're quick and easy to make! 

    Ingredients

    3-4 chicken breasts

    2 eggs

    1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs

    1/2 cup of flour

    dash of salt and pepper 

    4 TBSP of Ghost Pepper Tamarind sauce

    2 TBSP of honey 

     

    Instructions 

     
    CUBE the chicken breast (or thighs)
     
    WHISK  the eggs in a bowl

    MIX 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of flour and add a dash of salt and pepper 

    DIP chicken into egg mix, then into Panko mix

    AIR FRY at 380 degrees for 15min

    ADD to a bowl 4 tbsp of Ghost Pepper Tamarind sauce and 2 tbsp of honey 
     
    DIP chicken into mixture (quick dunk)

    AIR FRY an additional 10-15 mins or until crispy

    DRIZZLE honey over chicken & toss together

    *For an extra dipping sauce, mix mayo with some Ghost Pepper Tamarind sauce. The ratio for a medium spice version is 2 TBSP of Mayo per tablespoon of Ghost pepper sauce.
