Steak & Basmati Rice With Pumpkin Mustard Dipping Sauce

Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 4-6 ounces grass fed strip steak
  • ½ cup brussel sprouts
  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1 tbs ghee
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin mustard
  • sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Toss brussel sprouts with ghee
  3. Season with salt & pepper
  4. Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
  5. While veggies are cooking, heat your grill and cook steak as desired
  6. Slice steak, plate veggies and serve with pumpkin sauce for dipping
