    Saucy Beef Lettuce Tacos

    No tortillas? No problem! Serve up these delicious tacos using lettuce wraps to hold your meat and garnishes! By using our Jalapeño Green Apple sauce to top, you'll never craft tacos the same again! 


    For the Pico de Gallo:

    1 medium apple cut into 1-inch cubes

    1 Persian cucumber, cut into 1-inch cubes

    Juice of 2 limes

    1/4 tsp fine sea salt

    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

    For the Avocado salsa; 

    1 large avocado

    1/4 cup of water

    1/4 tsp fine sea salt

    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

    3 tbsp Saucy Lips Zesty Cilantro Sauce

    For the Taco meat: 
    2 tbsp olive oil

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 lb ground beef

    4 tbsp Saucy Lips Zesty Cilantro Sauce

    1/4 tsp fine sea salt

    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

    6 lettuce cups for serving (Romaine or Butter Lettuce)


    For the Pico de Gallo: 

    CHOP the apples and cucumber and place them into a bowl. 

    SPRINKLE the salt, pepper, and chopped fresh cilantro. 

    SQUEEZE two limes over the ingredients and stir to combine. 

    For the Avocado Salsa: 

    PLACE all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


    For the Taco meat: 

    HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

    ADD the minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.

    ADD the ground beef and cook for about 3 minutes, breaking the meat with the spoon into smaller pieces.

    ADD the 4 tbsp of Saucy Lips Zesty Cilantro Sauce, salt, and pepper to the meat and cook for another 3 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.

    SERVE it by placing the meat on the lettuce cups and top with the Pico de Gallo and the Avocado Cilantro Salsa.
