Salmon and Rice Bowl
Our sauces take this flaky salmon and fluffy rice bowl to the next level! With just one bite, you’ll see why this is a trending recipe on TikTok!
2 pieces of salmon (5-7 ounces each fillet)
Pineapple Thai sauce ( 1/4 cup)
2 cups of cooked white rice (leftover rice is perfect for this)
For the spicy mayo:
4 tbsp of
2 tbsp of Ghost Pepper sauce
MARINATE your salmon fillets with our Pineapple sauce for 30 minutes
HEAT oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
ADD the salmon, without moving, skin side up, until golden and crisp, about 4 minutes.
FLIP the fillets and reduce the heat to medium. Continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes. Flake the salmon into pieces and set aside.
MICROWAVE your rice for one minute. For giving it the fluffy texture, add one ice cube to the middle and cover the bowl with parchment paper.
ASSEMBLE your bowl by adding the salmon on top of the rice. Add sliced avocado, cucumber, the spicy mayo, furikake seasoning and a drizzle of our pineapple sauce, soy sauce, or coconut aminos!
